Striving to Create an Equitable Healthcare Workforce
WORKING WITH its 13 regional partner organizations, the Alameda County Health Pathway Partnership (ACHPP) creates health career pathways and a supportive network that puts ethnically diverse youth and young professionals on the way to a successful career in healthcare.
We dig deep to address the needs, challenges, and hopes of underserved youth and young professionals through grant making, program development, and public-private partnerships.
A Three-Pronged Approach
ACHPP UNDERSTANDS that large-scale change requires cross-sector coordination and capacity building. Our broad, data-driven approach ensures that we are making a positive, collective impact on youth in our region.
01 The Power of Partnership
We work closely with our partners to promote a diverse, culturally responsive, and clinically effective future workforce.
02 Evidence-Based Strategies
We collect and leverage data to inform our work and ensure best practices, idea sharing, and partner programs that help young people thrive.
03 Change Makers
We translate data into action, serving as a united voice for youth as we advocate for policy changes, locally and nationally.
