Industry Advisory Council

ACHPP convenes the Industry Advisory Council (IAC or The Council), a general membership body, representing a
diversity of partners, including K-12, post-secondary institutions, the healthcare industry-employers, local and county
government, public health departments, non-profits and other critical stakeholders. IAC provides a forum for its
membership to devise and implement regional strategies, while amplifying what works, across education, industry and
government, to effectively address the workforce needs of the healthcare sector, with specific attention toward ensuring
opportunities for students of color, males and opportunity youth.
